Bio 2013

Assistant Director Art Department: Chris Keefe is a film major at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.  Chris is excited to start his first full year of Visions Film Festival and Conference as a team member.  Chris is excited to get to work and contribute to a successful festival. Chris was born in Jacksonville, North Carolina.  Growing up Chris has lived in many places including Germany and Japan.  Chris enjoys writing and filming short films in his spare time and plans to submit to festivals in the future.
